About

A nurse practitioner led studio.

On Point Aesthetics opened on Village Lane because Hannah was tired of watching people get sold packages they did not need. The studio is small on purpose, and the advice comes before the needle.

The story

Started by a nurse who said no a lot.

Hannah Lowe spent nine years as a nurse practitioner in dermatology clinics around the South Bay. She was good at injecting. She was better at telling people when not to. That second skill is hard to sell in a chain med spa, so in 2022 she opened her own room above a bakery, then moved to Village Lane when the second room filled.

The model is simple. Consults are free and unhurried. Prices are posted as ranges and explained in writing. Nobody earns commission. If the right answer is a prescription retinoid and sunscreen, that is the plan you leave with, and it costs about $120.

We treat people who want to look like themselves on a good week, not like a filter. If you want a dramatic change, we will say so kindly and point you to a surgeon we trust.

Who treats you

Licensed hands, every time.

Every injectable and every laser pass is done by a nurse practitioner or a registered nurse under our medical director. Aestheticians do facials, peels and skincare, which is their actual training.

NP

Injectables and lasers

Hannah, our nurse practitioner, does all neuromodulator, filler and laser work herself. She sees about eight people a day so nothing is rushed.

MD

Medical oversight

Dr. Priya Shah, a board certified dermatologist, is our medical director. She signs off on protocols, reviews every new client chart and is on call for any complication.

AE

Skin and facials

Two licensed aestheticians, Maya and Josephine, do facials, peels and skincare consults. They will tell you honestly when something is beyond a facial.

Safety

Boring on purpose.

Aesthetic medicine is still medicine. The parts you do not see are the parts that matter most.

  • Every product is opened in front of you, from a sealed box with a lot number we record in your chart.
  • We stock hyaluronidase, the filler reversal enzyme, in both rooms, and we have used it.
  • A full medical history and a photo consent happen before the first treatment, not after.
  • Lasers are test patched behind the ear on anyone with medium to deep skin tones before a full session.
  • Hannah texts you the day after an injectable visit. If something looks off, you are seen the same day.

Results vary from person to person and no outcome is guaranteed. What we can promise is that you will understand what is being done and why.

The space

Two rooms, one lounge, no waiting room music.

The studio sits in a white stucco building on Village Lane with an arched door and two olive trees out front. Inside it is plaster, pale oak and a lot of daylight.
