I came in asking for filler. Hannah told me I did not need it yet and sent me home with a retinoid. Who does that? I am a client for life.

Three IPL sessions and the sun spots I have hated since my thirties are mostly gone. She warned me I would be pink for three days. I was pink for three days.

Nobody can tell I had anything done. My husband just thinks I started sleeping. That was exactly the brief.

The next-day text got me. I had a bruise on my lip, panicked, texted back, and had a reply with a photo of what normal looks like within ten minutes. It was normal.

Twenty years of acne scars. Three RF sessions. They are not gone, and she told me they would not be, but I stopped wearing foundation in June for the first time since college.

Four stars only because Saturdays book out weeks ahead. The facial itself, with Maya, is the best hour of my month. I joined the membership for the Saturday priority alone.

I have medium-deep skin and have been burned, literally, by IPL elsewhere. Hannah test patched behind my ear, waited a week, and then said no to IPL and yes to microneedling. The honesty alone was worth the drive from San Jose.

Josephine looked at my bathroom shelf, which I brought in a tote bag like a weirdo, and told me to keep three things and stop using seven. My skin calmed down in a month.

First man in my friend group to admit to this. Forehead and elevens, 32 units, looked normal at the wedding two weeks later. Nobody said a word, which was the goal.
What we hear most
Three things come up again and again.
- Being told no. It surprises people, and it is the reason they come back. A no at the consult costs us a sale and earns a client.
- The honest downtime. If we say three days pink, it is three days pink. People plan around it and are not caught out.
- The next-day text. A small thing. It means nobody sits at home worrying about a bruise.
The criticism we hear most is about Saturday availability. It is fair. Members get first pick, and we open extra Saturday hours in the run up to the holidays.
