Your first visit

Your first visit, step by step.

About 30 minutes, free, and you leave with a written plan whether or not you book anything. Here is exactly what happens, and the questions people ask before they come.

The four parts

Consult, Plan, Treat, Glow.

Most first visits are only the first two. Treatment, if there is any, is usually a second appointment, so you have time to sit with the plan.

  1. The consult lounge: cream boucle chairs around a marble table with a cup of tea

    01 · Consult · 30 min

    Consult

You sit in the lounge with Hannah, our nurse practitioner, and talk. What bugs you, what you have tried, what you do not want to look like. She looks at your skin in daylight and takes photos only if you say yes.

  2. Gloved hands holding a sealed syringe package above a tray of folded gauze

    02 · Plan · written down

    Plan

You leave with a one page plan: what we would do, in what order, what it costs as a range, and what we would skip. Half of our plans start with skincare and nothing else. You can book from the lounge or take it home.

  3. A treatment room with a cream bed, rose linen throw and a laser device on a steel cart

    03 · Treat · 20 to 60 min

    Treat

Numbing first if the treatment needs it. The same nurse who wrote your plan does the work, and tells you what she is doing as she does it. Every product is opened in front of you.

  4. A rolled white towel, a eucalyptus sprig and a rose quartz roller on linen

    04 · Glow · 2 to 12 weeks

    Glow

You get aftercare in writing and a text from us the next day. Neuromodulators settle in two weeks, lasers and microneedling in six to twelve. We book a free check at the right point so you are never guessing.

Before you come

What to bring, what to skip.

  • A list of medications and supplements, including fish oil and aspirin, which affect bruising
  • Your current skincare, or photos of the bottles
  • A photo of yourself from five or ten years ago, if you have one. It helps us talk about what changed
  • Questions, written down. People forget them in the chair

Arrive with clean skin if you can, no heavy makeup. If you are coming from work, that is fine, we have cleanser.

Skip the sun for a week before any laser or peel appointment, and skip alcohol and hard workouts the day before an injectable appointment. For the consult itself, nothing to skip.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

If yours is not here, call (408) 555-0108 or ask on the consult request form.

Is the consult really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes with Hannah, no charge, no deposit, no obligation. The only consult we charge for is the $75 skincare consult with Josephine, and that comes off any products you buy the same day.

Will I be pushed to buy a package?

No. Nobody here earns commission and we do not sell prepaid packages. Treatments are priced per visit as a range, and a series is simply booked one session at a time.

Can I get treated at the first visit?

Sometimes. If you have had the treatment before, your history is clear and there is time in the schedule, Hannah can do a neuromodulator or a facial the same day. Filler, laser and microneedling are always a second appointment so you have time with the plan.

How will I look afterwards? Will people know?

Our goal is that nobody knows. Expect comments like "you look rested" rather than "what did you do". Each treatment page lists the honest downtime, from none for a neuromodulator to about a week of peeling for a clinical peel.

Who actually does the treatment?

Hannah Lowe, a nurse practitioner, does every injectable and laser treatment. Licensed aestheticians Maya and Josephine do facials, peels and skincare. Dr. Priya Shah, a board certified dermatologist, is our medical director and reviews every new client chart.

What if I do not like the result?

Tell us. The two week check after injectables is free and that is where small corrections happen. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if needed. Results vary and nothing is guaranteed, but you will never be left to guess.

Do you take insurance or offer payment plans?

Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance. We take cards, HSA and FSA cards for eligible items, and we offer financing through a third party lender with a soft credit check. Details are on the pricing page.

Where do I park?

The free town lot directly behind the building, three hours free. Street parking on Village Lane is two hours and fills by late morning. The door is the arched one with the olive trees.
