Injectables
Neuromodulators and fillers.
Two different tools for two different problems. Neuromodulators relax the muscles that fold your skin. Fillers put back volume that left. Hannah does both, and explains which one you actually need.

Neuromodulators
For the lines that show when you move.
Forehead lines, the elevens between the brows, crow's feet. These come from muscles folding the skin thousands of times a day. A neuromodulator relaxes those muscles for about three to four months, so the fold stops deepening and the skin smooths out.
We dose for movement, not for a frozen face. You should still look surprised when you are surprised. Most first timers get 20 to 40 units across two or three areas.
Price
$12 to $14 a unit. A typical first visit is $300 to $600.
Downtime
None. Small bumps for 20 minutes. A bruise is possible, about one in ten visits.
Timeline
Starts working in three to five days. Full effect at two weeks, when we do a free check and touch up anything uneven. Lasts three to four months.
Dermal filler
For the volume that time took.
Cheeks flatten, lips thin, temples hollow, the folds beside the nose deepen. Hyaluronic acid filler is a soft gel that puts structure back where it was. Done well, nobody notices the filler. They notice you look rested.
We only use reversible hyaluronic acid fillers and we keep the reversal enzyme in the room. One syringe is one milliliter, about a fifth of a teaspoon. Most first visits are one or two syringes, and we would rather you come back than overfill.
Price
$750 to $1,100 a syringe, depending on the product.
Downtime
Swelling for one to three days. Lips swell most. Bruising is common and fades in a week.
Timeline
Visible immediately, settled at two weeks. Lasts nine to eighteen months depending on the area and the product.
What to expect
The visit, start to finish.
Consult and consent
Medical history, medications, allergies, what you want and do not want. Photos only with your consent. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a neuromuscular condition, we stop here.
Mapping
Hannah watches your face move and marks the injection points. For filler she maps the area in a mirror with you so you can see the plan.
Numbing, if you want it
Neuromodulator needles are tiny and most people skip numbing. Filler gets a topical numbing cream for 15 minutes, and most of the fillers we use contain lidocaine.
Treatment
Five to ten minutes for a neuromodulator, twenty to thirty for filler. Every product opened in front of you, lot number recorded.
Aftercare and the next-day text
No lying flat, no hard workouts, no facials for 24 hours. Hannah texts the next morning. The two week check is free.
Often planned alongside
Injectables change shape and movement. Skin texture and tone are a different job.
Medical grade skincare
A retinoid keeps the smooth result smooth. Many plans start here.
The three product ruleMicroneedling with RF
Firms the skin itself, so lines under the surface fade too.
