Results

Results, described honestly.

No before and after faces here. They are easy to light, crop and pick. Instead, what each treatment does, when you will see it, and how long it holds, in plain words.

Why words

Why there are no photos on this page.

Before and after galleries are the most persuasive thing on a med spa website, and the least honest. Different lighting, a bit of makeup, a slight angle change, and the photo says more than the treatment did. We take photos of every client for our own records and show you yours at your checks. We do not publish them.

What we can tell you is what a treatment does for most people, the realistic range, and the timeline. Your skin, age, sun history and genetics decide where in that range you land. Results vary and nothing on this page is a promise.

At your consult you will see photos of clients who gave consent to be shown in person, with their notes, so you can judge for yourself.

By treatment

What to expect, and when.

Neuromodulator

  1. Day 3 to 5

    Movement softens

You notice it is harder to frown fully. Lines at rest are still there.

  2. Week 2

    Full effect

Expression lines are much softer when you move, and a little softer at rest. Free check and touch up now.

  3. Month 3 to 4

    Wearing off

Movement returns gradually. Lines come back a little softer than before because they stopped deepening.

Dermal filler

  1. Same day

    Visible, plus swelling

The shape is there but exaggerated by swelling, especially lips. Do not judge it today.

  2. Week 2

    Settled

Swelling gone, filler integrated. This is the real result, and the check is free.

  3. Month 9 to 18

    Gradual fade

Cheeks hold longest, lips shortest. Top ups are usually half the first amount.

IPL and laser

  1. Day 1 to 7

    Darker first

Spots go coffee ground dark and flake away. Pink skin for about three days.

  2. Week 2 to 4

    Clearer

Many spots have cleared and redness is calmer. Second session planned now if needed.

  3. Ongoing

    Held by sunscreen

Treated spots tend to stay gone. New sun makes new ones. A yearly maintenance session is typical.

Microneedling with RF

  1. Week 1 to 3

    Glow, then plateau

Skin looks fresh for a few weeks after each session. The structural change has not happened yet.

  2. Month 3 to 6

    Collagen shows

Scars shallower, pores tighter, fine lines softer. Many people see roughly 30 to 50 percent improvement in scars across a series, but it varies.

  3. Year 1 plus

    Long lasting

New collagen tends to last. One maintenance session a year helps hold it.

Facials and peels

  1. Same day

    Brighter, smoother

Immediate glow from exfoliation and hydration. Lasts two to four weeks.

  2. Month 3

    Pattern change

Monthly facials plus home care: fewer breakouts, more even tone, makeup sits better.

Body contouring

  1. Week 1 to 2

    Nothing visible

Tender, firm, sometimes numb. The fat has not cleared yet. Patience.

  2. Week 6 to 12

    The change

Typically somewhere around 20 to 25 percent less fat in the treated pocket. Measured and photographed against day one.

Skincare

The slowest result and the biggest.

A prescription retinoid does nothing visible for six weeks except make you dry and irritable. Then, at about month three, many people notice smoother skin, a more even tone and smaller looking pores. A year in, the difference tends to be easy to see. It is the least glamorous thing we offer and the thing we would pick if we could only pick one.
